Career Trackers - Indigenous Internship Program
CareerTrackers creates pathways and support systems for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young adults to attend and graduate from university, with high marks, industry experience and bright professional futures.
Students complete paid internships upon completion of year 12, and throughout their university degree in their winter and summer breaks. Students are matched to opportunities with one of our excellent partner organisations according to their career aspirations and degrees.
CareerTrackers provides support and world-class training throughout students’ academic career and connects them to a global network of like-minded Indigenous professionals.
The end goal is to convert an internship to a full-time position upon graduation of university, and 95% of interns are in full-time employment in their field within three months of graduation.
By registering to be part of the CareerTrackers community you are taking a big step towards an awesome future – you’ll have access to mentors who will help you make decisions about what to study in high school and university, and help you balance study with community and work.
